Support you and your changing body throughout your pregnancy
It is just as, if not more, important to keep some sort of movement and exercise up throughout most, if not all, pregnancies – and with MAP you know you are in the most capable of hands.
Hat is a pregnant athlete and sports therapist of 9 years. She works with pregnant women through her work as a therapist, head coach and programmer at CrossFit Watford as well as with online clients. She has done numerous courses in how to adapt and alter movement and exercise throughout pregnancy & this goes beyond the realms of CrossFit. With the majority of her knowledge being around mobility and movement work – this programme is supported by a wealth of knowledge and personal practice in this area.
You will be guided through 2 short movement flows per week right up until late in your third trimester – where you will learn more about breathing and relaxation techniques to help best prepare you for birth.
You will also learn how to help your body cope with some of the more uncomfortable, but typical, issues which may come with pregnancy, such as sciatica or carpal tunnel. And you will gain access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions and talk about your experiences with other pregnant women.
It doesn’t matter if you're in your first or third trimester. It's not too late to start preparing yourself and your body for growing a human and keeping it as healthy and functional, not just through pregnancy but beyond.
A year's access to a library of videos, spanning from the early weeks of pregnancy all the way through until your 40th week.
Post Partum flows can be found in the regular monthly subscription with a simple search for 'post partum'.
These flows cover all movements and allow you to improve and maintain good movement from as soon as you find out you're pregnant, up until week 15.
These flows will take you from week 16 to week 27 – the end of your second trimester!
Your final trimester is finally here! This is where regular movement, more focused breath work, and your yoga ball will become staples in your days and weeks.
